- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor activity, and respond to audience interactions promptly.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content creation and campaign adjustments.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and video editing to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
- Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other platforms to reach specific audiences effectively.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and product development to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners to enhance brand visibility through public relations efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and social media algorithms to keep strategies current.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, content creation techniques, and public relations strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all content outputs.
- Experience in e-commerce environments or online retail is desirable but not required.
