Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Assistant. Candidate must have a bubbly personality, dependable, punctual, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills. Must be able to maintain organization, pay attention to detail, work well with others, able to multi task, and finish work assignments in a timely matter for two separate businesses in one building.
Job Duties:
- Answer multiline phone, check daily emails and messages
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments on a daily basis for our technicians and subcontractors.
- Data Entry, billing, account receivables, and entry in estimating program
- Serve our customers daily, answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming appointments, and keeping our customers informed of job status
- Answer company provided On- Call phone after hours. (rotating)
- Light accounting and financial calculations
- Outside marketing to local businesses with goodies and marketing material
- Daily Social Media post, videos, etc
- Maintain inventory stock items daily. Placing and expediting orders, verifying receipts, and stocking items.
Skills and Qualifications:
Office experience is a must, excellent customer service, scheduling experience, knowledge of our local roads, key board typing, dictation, strong documentation skills, marketing, social media, great verbal communication, written communication, dependable, office writing skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Xactimate insurance estimating program is a plus, but not necessary. Candidate must have a valid TN Driver’s license.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
