This role manages reservations, seating, and service flow, and sets the standard for execution on the floor. Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations, seating, and service flow.
- Oversee guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Support and coordinate the frontofhouse team.
- Maintain an organized and presentable frontofhouse.
Qualifications
- Experience in upscale hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
- Teamoriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
Pay: $14.00 per hour
