Whether you prefer the energy of a lively waterfront restaurant, the sophistication of an upscale steakhouse, or the excitement of a sports bar, we have opportunities for exceptional hospitality professionals.
What We're Looking ForBartenders
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Ability to multitask while delivering outstanding guest service.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
- Responsible alcohol service knowledge.
Servers
- Previous full-service restaurant experience preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional hospitality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and create memorable guest experiences.
- Build relationships with guests and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of food, beverages, and daily specials.
- Accurately enter orders and process payments.
- Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout each shift.
- Uphold the high service standards of the Whale Harbor Group Restaurants.
