We're seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as a Sales Manager Trainee. This is not just a job- it's the first step in a clear, structured path toward becoming a Sales Manager. About the Role:
As a Sales Manager Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and real-world experience in sales and team operations. Over time, and based on performance, this position will transition into a full Sales Manager role with increased responsibilities and earning potential.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Learn the ins and outs of our roofing services, inspections, and sales process
- Help homeowners understand their options and guide them through the roof replacement journey
- Shadow experienced team members on customer visits and estimates
- Support daily sales operations and build strong customer relationships
- Get hands-on training in team leadership, performance tracking, and goal-setting
- Prepare to lead your own team — and earn like a leader
- Applicant will be inspecting roofs, sidings and exteriors for storm damage. Applicant must be comfortable working Monday through Saturday and have a reliable form of transportation.
