Evolve Skin Spa & Wellness is seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Aesthetic Injector to join our established team at our flagship location in the heart of Carlsbad Village.
Evolve is known throughout North County for natural-looking results, personalized care, advanced aesthetic treatments, and an elevated client experience. What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and recommend individualized treatment plans
- Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments safely, confidently, and with an eye for natural-looking results
- Educate clients about treatment options, expected outcomes, and appropriate aftercare
- Build lasting client relationships that support satisfaction, trust, and retention
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Provide appropriate post-treatment follow-up and support
- Collaborate with Evolve’s clinical, aesthetic, wellness, and patient-care teams
- Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and California regulatory requirements
- Stay current on emerging products, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine
- Partner with Evolve’s marketing efforts to build visibility, attract clients, and support long-term growth
Depending on your experience and training, you may also provide or support treatments such as microneedling, PRF/PRP, PDGF+, laser and energy-based treatments, IV therapy, wellness injections, and medically supervised GLP-1 programs. Experience in every Evolve service is not required.
What We’re Looking For
- Active, unrestricted California RN, NP, or PA license
- At least three years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
- Strong experience administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Thorough understanding of facial anatomy, patient safety, and emergency protocols
- Current BLS certification
- Strong aesthetic judgment and commitment to natural-looking results
- Excellent consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Professional, dependable, collaborative, and receptive to feedback
- Willingness to participate in marketing initiatives and promote services professionally
- A genuine desire to grow with Evolve and become a long-term member of our team
- An established clientele or professional following is a strong plus, but not required
