Lavish Lawns is growing fast and looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician who knows how to diagnose problems, make repairs efficiently, and handle jobs independently.
We are NOT looking for someone we need to babysit or fully train from scratch. We want a solid tech who takes pride in quality work and wants a long-term opportunity with room to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Irrigation startups & winterizations
- Diagnosing leaks, valve issues, wiring problems, controller failures, etc.
- Repairs and system modifications
- Installing valves, heads, drip systems, pipe repairs, and controllers
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Completing job notes and documenting work performed
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years irrigation experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Knowledge of controllers, valves, wiring, and system layouts
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Huge Plus If You Can
- Train or lead other technicians
- Handle installations in addition to repairs
- Identify additional repair or upgrade opportunities for customers
