Acting as a job coach you will help guide our clients on their workplace journey by tracking their progress, offering feedback, sharing insight, and encouraging a positive attitude and the development of job skills.
As a Screen Printer, you will be on your feet communicating with your team to ensure top quality products leave our floor. Your day can consist of counting inventory, preparing screens, using ink and chemicals to achieve designs on various materials, lifting <50lbs on occasion, and working the dryers/heat presses. Before leaving for the day you will complete light paperwork for daily records, including the clients daily work outcomes.
Working together with your client you will create products that wow our customers and you will create a difference in someone's life!
Hours Monday-Friday 4PM-8PM
