Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and support team members to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times
- Help manage inventory, cash handling, and deposits
- Lead by example to promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management or shift leader experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Reliable, organized, and team-focused
- Experience with opening and closing procedures preferred
