Tasting Room Host / Hostess (Must be at least 21 years old)

Role
Be the first impression. You’ll welcome guests, manage seating, and keep the tasting room running smoothly from the moment guests walk in.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and set the tone for their visit
- Assist with reservations, walk-ins, and customer flow
- Answer phones and respond to basic guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area
- Coordinate with tasting room lead to manage guest flow and pacing
- Assist with light side work, including resetting tables, polishing glassware, restocking, and checking bathrooms
- Support events and large group arrivals

- Wine experience not required; attitude matters more
- At least 21 years old
Schedule
Weekends and holidays required; schedule flexibility based on business needs
Physical Requirements
Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 30–50 lbs

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
