Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products related to recovery and wellness services
- Clean, disinfect and maintain a clean wellness studio at all times.
- Manage studio calendar and make Appointments and confirmations calls
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Skills
- Strong communication and sales skills for serving diverse customers effectively.
- Knowledge of wellness services such as infrared sauna, cold plunge, cryotherapy, massage therapy and RLT is highly desirable.
- Experience with retail sales techniques, cashiering, POS systems, and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
