The Mowing Crew Leader position is year-round and full-time focusing on leading a team of 2-4 crew members teaching them Five Seasons expectations on proper mowing, bed maintenance, trash and debris removal, and delivering amazing customer service. Valid driver's license required. Premium snow pay of $35/hour during snow events and if not snowing then we will provide 25-30 hours per week to team members during winter months.

What we are looking for in a Crew Leader
-
Minimum 3 years experience in commercial mowing, mulching, and landscape bed maintenance; previous crew lead experience, and Driver's License with ability to be insured under company insurance

Equipment: must be able to operate and maintain zero turn mowers, string trimmers, push mower, hedgetrimmer, leaf blower, Skid Steer, and hand tools
