Patriot Pawn is growing and looking for a Customer Service oriented individual to join our team! No prior experience or knowledge of the industry is required. We are exceptionally dedicated to customer service and require the same of any team members.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Manage inventory
- Enter and process customer purchases, loans, and sales
- Evaluate customer’s items for loan/purchase value
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some knowledge of firearms, jewelry, electronics, musical equipment, and tools is preferred, but not required
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
