We are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and highly motivated Class B Dump Truck Driver to join our team. Compensation
- Commission-Based Pay: 30% of what the truck grosses.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class B dump truck in high-density traffic, construction zones, and tight spaces.
- Haul and dump materials, specifically specializing in asphalt hauling and/or stockpiling.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate fluctuating project timelines.
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and DOT compliance.
- Maintain clean and accurate logs and paperwork.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Shift: Must be willing and available to work days and/or nights depending on project demands.
- Environment: This is a very demanding job requiring stamina, sharp attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- License: Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically hauling asphalt or stockpiling.
- Driving Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Medical: Current and valid Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card.
- Screening: Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check.
