About the Role
As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will serve as a vital member of our maintenance team, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of complex electrical systems in a high-output manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in minimizing downtime by expertly diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing critical infrastructure, including advanced PLC systems and heavy-duty industrial equipment.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose, install, and maintain a diverse array of electrical and electronic control systems using detailed schematics and advanced diagnostic tools.

Execute precise repairs on AC/DC systems, motors, and instrumentation to uphold continuous production standards.

Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to enhance equipment efficiency and operational output.

Collaborate with cross-functional maintenance teams to resolve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Perform preventative maintenance on heavy machinery, including overhead cranes and mobile equipment, to ensure long-term asset health.

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a secure and productive workplace.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance.

Proficiency in reading technical prints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.

Strong working knowledge of AC/DC theory, industrial electronics, and motor controls.
