What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in person with account questions, upgrades, and basic troubleshooting.
- Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, and service options.
- Guide customers through a consultative sales process to recommend the best solutions.
- Meet daily sales and service goals in a team-focused environment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Represent MADUREIRA & ASSOCIATES professionally in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Interest in building sales and service skills.
- Comfortable speaking directly with customers and recommending products.
- Organized, reliable, and motivated to meet performance goals.
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus (not required).
