Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to meet their needs
- Promote and sell retail products and financial services, including retail lending options
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit card payments, and managing the cash drawer
- Perform data entry for customer accounts, loan processing, and transaction records using financial software
- Assist with loan collections and follow-up procedures to ensure timely payments
- Maintain accurate cash handling and cash management procedures throughout your shift
- Support retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and change accuracy to ensure precise transactions
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles within retail stores or banking environments
- Strong understanding of financial services, retail lending, and loan processing procedures
- Excellent math skills, including basic math, retail math, and 10 key typing proficiency for fast data entry
- Ability to handle cash drawer operations confidently and perform cashiering tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with financial software systems used for transaction processing and data management
- Exceptional communication skills to assist customers effectively and promote products confidently
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling and data entry tasks
