Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
-
Arrive to work on time and follow all Chick-fil-A rules and dress codes.
-
Make connections with guests.
-
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable.
-
Work with a sense of urgency.
-
Learn menu and assignments for all front of house stations, including dining room and restroom cleaning procedures, register, IPOS, desserts, etc.

Keep the front of house (including parking lot, dining room, restroom, patio, drive-thru) clean, organized, and stocked.

Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned – and other duties as assigned.

Learn and stay up to date on menu items, procedures, and training.

Follow Leadership direction, report maintenance issues to leaders, and be a team player!
