Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Masons Tender/Laborer/Hod Carrier to join our construction team. In this dynamic role, you will support masonry operations by assisting skilled masons with material handling, preparing work sites, and ensuring efficient workflow on various construction projects. Your energetic approach and attention to safety will contribute to timely project completion and high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities
Assist masons with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including mixing mortar and organizing materials.
Carry hods (buckets) of mortar, bricks, stones, or other materials to masons at elevated work areas or across the site.
Support the installation of concrete forms, rebar, and other structural components following blueprint specifications.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely to aid in bricklaying, stone masonry, or concrete finishing tasks.
Help build and dismantle masonry scaffolding, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
Participate in site cleanup, material storage, and maintaining a safe work environment throughout the project duration.
Skills

Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry work, and stone masonry techniques.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and levels; familiarity with power tools is a plus.
Understanding of safety protocols related to , scaffold building, and general construction site safety.
Experience with mortar work, tile laying, stucco application, support tasks, desirable.
