Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help individuals achieve their maximum potential in daily activities. This role will involve working with a diverse population, including children in early intervention and pre school programs as well as some older children.
Creative Wonders Therapy Center offers a wide range of therapies to children including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.
Job Description:
Creative Wonders Therapy Center is looking for a part-time or full-time Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist (employee or contractor) to join our team!
Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primarily working with children ages 1-7
- Knowledge in sensory integration preferred
- Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the Occupational Therapy clients
- Comply with federal and state Occupational Therapy regulations
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, PT's and ST therapists to ensure comprehensive care for children
- Office-based treatments done in private infant rooms and a large sensory gym and exercise areas. Minimal "community" OT treatment sessions in local preschools and daycares as well.
Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- 1-2 years Occupational Therapy experience preferred but NOT necessary. New Grads are welcome!
- Valid New York State Occupational Therapist license
- CPR and first aid certification preferred
- Master's preferred
- Must have experience working with children

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
