We're looking for a talented Part-Time Pastry Chef to help elevate our bakery program.
About the Role
This is an opportunity for someone who loves baking and wants creative input. You'll be responsible for producing our daily baked goods while also helping us develop seasonal pastries and new menu items over time.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in consistency, organization, and craftsmanship. There are growth opportunities as our restaurant group continues to expand, with potential for this role to grow into a full-time position overseeing pastry production across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pastries, muffins, breads, cinnamon rolls, and other baked goods
- Ensure products are consistently high quality and beautifully presented
- Assist with recipe development and seasonal pastry specials
- Manage production schedules and prep to ensure fresh product daily
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Help monitor ingredient inventory and communicate ordering needs
- Maintain recipe consistency and portion control
What We're Looking For
- Professional baking or pastry experience preferred
- Passion for scratch baking and quality ingredients

Schedule
- Part-time (20–30 hours per week)
- Primarily morning shifts
- Some flexibility depending on production needs
Pay
$18–24/hour, depending on experience.
