We are a craft distillery with family roots. Oak City Amaretto is an emerging Wisconsin brand led by an experienced Navy Veteran who stays true to his Grandmother's authentic, all-natural, Sicilian Amaretto recipe. We don’t just sell spirits; we are building a legacy of quality and community that brings friends and families together. The Role
We are looking for an outgoing, high-energy Brand Ambassador to be the face of Oak City Amaretto in Wisconsin. You will be the person connecting our brand to our customers at liquor stores, supermarkets, festivals, and special events.
This isn’t just standing behind a table. We are all about storytelling, building relationships, and closing sales. You will:
- Host Tastings: Conduct 2 hour tasting events at local retailers and special events, engaging with customers and sharing the Oak City story. Potential for 5 hour tastings at festivals or other events (this is less than 10% of events and the time can be shared with other brand ambassadors and Anthony - Owner).
- Drive Sales: Actively encourage product sampling and purchase. Your goal is to get "liquid to lips" and bottles in carts through checkout.
- Educate: Teach customers what makes our Amaretto unique, premium, and offer cocktail and baking suggestions.
- Travel: Drive to various locations within your designated territory (up to 90 minutes from home - typically under 30 min).
- Report: Provide brief recaps after events to help us track success and inventory.

Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have your own vehicle and be willing to travel up to 35 minutes each way for events. Priority will be given for those who live closer to any given event.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, primarily weekends and evenings (perfect for students, retirees, or those who just need some extra cash).
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for the entire duration of the event (average of 2 hours but up to 5 hours at a time for special events) and occasionally lift/move cases of product (approx. 25-30 lbs).
- Preferred: Previous sales experience (any industry) or bartending experience is a plus, but not required. Attitude is everything.
