CB Freight Inc. is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager with a valid CDL to join our growing team in Schaumburg, IL.
If you have experience managing OTR drivers, strong communication skills, and the ability to solve operational challenges, we want to hear from you!
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Fleet Manager in trucking
- Valid CDL Class A required
- Experience working with OTR Flatbed and/or Reefer operations
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and trucking industry standards
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with drivers
- English proficiency required, Russian, Ukrainian, or Romanian language skills are a strong plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a fleet of OTR Flatbed and Reefer drivers
- Maintain regular communication with drivers and provide operational support
- Help resolve driver and equipment-related issues
- Work closely with Dispatch, Safety, and Operations teams
- Monitor driver performance and ensure company policies are followed
