We are seeking an enthusiastic detail-oriented Optical Retail Associate to join our team on- site. In this role, you will combine your styling flair with technical precision to help patients find the perfect eyewear solutions. If you have at least one year of experience in an optical or optometry setting and love delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you! Base pay depends on experience + bonus opportunities. Also, we offer a $200.00 per month Health Reimbursement Account.
What You Will Do:
- Frame Styling & Sales: Assist patients in selecting frames and lens options that match their prescription, lifestyle, and facial structure.
- Measurements: Accurately measure pupillary distance, segment heights, and other critical optical specifications.
- Dispensing & Adjustments: Fit, adjust, and repair eyewear to ensure maximum comfort and visual acuity for patients.
Insurance Processing: Verify benefits and accurately file vision insurance claims. Follow-up on claim EOB's.
