About the Role
We are looking for a motivated real estate attorney who can effectively manage a wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters. The successful candidate will have experience handling real estate transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, development projects, title and land use issues, and related business matters.
This position offers significant client contact and the opportunity to work closely with attorneys across multiple practice areas, including business, tax, estate planning, and litigation.

Qualifications

3 to 6 years of experience practicing real estate law.

Experience handling commercial real estate transactions, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, title review, and related matters.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Michigan.
