The Dishwasher position is responsible for the proper handling, cleaning and sanitation of dishware, glass wear and other equipment and utensils in a timely manner. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Attendance, punctuality and dependability; adaptability; initiative, planning/organizing; teamwork, and, safety and security.

Scrapes food from dishes and washes them by hand or places them on the conveyor to dishwasher

Segregates and removes food waste and liquids

Steam cleans and hoses out garbage cans

Preps food as needed

Keeps work area clean and organized

Complies with all Highlands policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned

High school diploma or GED

Current CPR/First Aid Certification
