We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Access Control Technician. We are accepting applications for candidates at all experience levels, from Entry Level to Experienced. Key Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Install and configure both current and future project scopes, including low-voltage systems like CCTV, access control, audio/video setups, PDTV, vehicle gate motors and access control, as well as smart devices (unit locks, hubs, sensors, and related components).

Diagnose and repair system malfunctions, troubleshoot wiring issues, and update firmware/software as needed.

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system functionality and reliability.

Integrate access control systems with other security solutions, such as video surveillance and alarm systems.

Assist with manual labor tasks when required (e.g., shoveling).

Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and local regulations.

Be available for overtime as needed.

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in various weather conditions (both hot and cold).

Light travel with possible overnight stays.
