The Opportunity:

- Shape the identity of an established cidery
- Lead fermentation from juice to bottle
- Build systems the right way from the ground up

Our future cider maker will be the driving force behind consistency, quality, and innovation.
What You’ll oversee:
- Fermentation management
- Quality control & sensory evaluation
- Production planning
- Packaging execution (cans / kegs / bottles)
- New product development

Who You Are:
- Passionate about cider, wine, or craft beer production
- Experienced with sanitation processes
- Comfortable working alone or with limited supervision but humble enough to keep learning
- Entrepreneurial in spirit, must be a self-starter

- Ready to help build a better brand
