Exterior Cleaning & Interior Cleaning Technician / Apprentice Tech
A day in the life of a Carolina Pro Clean Tech:
Today is a great day. You show up, help load the truck/van, review the job schedule, and head out with your Lead Technician. You arrive at the first customer’s home, greet them professionally, protect the property, and get to work.
For Exterior Cleaning: You may be cleaning windows, soft washing a home, rinsing siding, cleaning gutters, pressure washing concrete, setting up hoses, protecting plants, moving ladders, assisting with equipment, or learning how to complete a job from start to finish.
For Interior Cleaning: You may be cleaning carpet, tile, upholstery or dryer vents. Helping to get the job started by pulling hoses, or getting the necessary equipment ready for the job. Possibly pre-treating carpet, tile or upholstery. Learning stain treatments, grout sealing and assisting with equipment. Overall learning how to complete each job from start to finish.
You’ll start by learning the basics. Over time, you’ll build skill, speed, confidence, and technical knowledge. The goal is for you to become a trusted professional who can eventually lead jobs, train others, and help customers make the best decisions for their property.
