Duties
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, including wiring, batteries, and electronic components.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for various repair tasks.
- Conduct repairs on diesel engines
- Work on vehicles, applying specialized knowledge of their systems and components.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex automotive issues.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and automotive service procedures.
- Familiarity with technology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to automotive repair.
- Experience with diesel engine repair is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
