Description: Golden Manor Assisted Living is seeking a reliable and compassionate Overnight Caretaker to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents during overnight hours.
Schedule: Full time & part time 10pm-6am (Overnight Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure the facility and ensure all doors, alarms, and safety procedures are followed
- Perform routine cleaning to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
- Complete nightly laundry tasks
- Assist residents with basic needs as they arise
- Monitor facility activity and respond to any concerns
- Document overnight events and communicate with management as needed
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, custodial, or facility experience preferred
- Ability to stay alert and attentive throughout the shift
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to resident safety
- Must pass background screening
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
