Summit Pools is seeking a motivated, professional, and relationship-driven Pool Sales Representative to help homeowners and builders bring their backyard visions to life. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers, skilled at building trust, and committed to providing an exceptional experience from the first meeting through project completion.

Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective customers to discuss pool design, features, budgets, and project goals.
- Conduct on-site consultations and evaluate property conditions.
- Develop and present pool design concepts and proposals.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and referral partners.
- Educate customers on construction processes, timelines, and available options.
- Coordinate with design, permitting, and construction teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production.
- Track all sales activities, communications, and opportunities within company systems.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (construction, pools, related industries a plus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of construction and design concepts is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers, email, CRM systems, and mobile technology.
