We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Deals Associate to join our growing team. This is a critical role within the dealership, responsible for ensuring deals are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and process automotive deals digitally from start to finish
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
- Post all applicable rebates, incentives, and program money correctly
- Process Product Cancellations
- Process Dealer Trades
- Work closely with management to identify and resolve any deal discrepancies
- Communicate with managers regarding missing information or funding issues
- Maintain strong organization and time management across multiple deals
- Utilize CDK Global and Virtual Biller to finalize and submit deals
Qualifications
- Prior experience with automotive deal processing, billing, or office operations preferred
- Familiarity with automotive paperwork, lender requirements, and rebate structures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
