Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with filling material in staging buckets with correct mixtures.
- Assist with staging and preparing for production runs.
- Trimming excess flash from products.
- Foaming products.
- Assembling products.
- Packaging/palletize parts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Maintain safe and clean working conditions.
- Promote company core values.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Knowledge of manufacturing operation and quality processes preferred.
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and effectively at a rapid pace.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Ability to work with hand tools.
- Ability to maintain a clean work area.
- Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Monitor safety and quality.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent or work-experience equivalent.
Work Environment:
- Majority of time spent will be in a factory setting.
- There are minimal offensive smells, vapors, or noises.
- There may be exposure to extreme heat.
