Senior Electrical BIM / Revit Designer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM/Revit Designer to support the design and coordination of complex semiconductor and advanced technology facility projects. This role will focus on developing and managing electrical BIM models, producing construction documentation, and coordinating electrical power distribution systems within highly technical environments.
Key Qualifications
- 8+ years of Electrical Revit and BIM modeling experience.
- Strong background supporting electrical engineering and power distribution design projects.
- Experience developing and coordinating BIM models for semiconductor, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech facilities.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS systems, and related infrastructure.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and multidisciplinary project teams throughout the design process.
- Understanding of electrical design standards, coordination workflows, and construction documentation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- Semiconductor facility design experience.
- Familiarity with NEC requirements and electrical design best practices.
- Previous experience serving as a lead BIM designer or project coordinator.
- Associate degree in a related technical field.
