What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a results-driven professional with at least 3 years of experience in management or supervisory roles, overseeing 15+ team members. The right candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage merchandise effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support teams in a retail setting
- Set and execute operational policies to meet strategic goals
