Job Summary
d’Arcambal Quesada Malyk Peters & Creed, LLP (d’QM), a well-established regional litigation firm, has an opening in our Parsippany, NJ office. We are seeking an associate with 7+ years litigation experience to join our personal injury defense litigation team.
The position involves a high degree of responsibility and direct contact with clients’ in-house Legal teams, while also fostering a collaborative, team-oriented work environment where training and mentoring is key with the potential for long-term growth opportunities. Tort defense litigation experience is preferred and some trial experience is a plus. Candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills and be a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.
This is a fully remote position though candidates must be able to attend court appearances, depositions, mediations and other litigation events throughout northern and central NJ.
