Fran’s Hands offers nursing, patient care, and Certified nursing assistant services. We serve the senior community ages 55+. We offer part-time and intermittent skilled nursing services and home health aide services. Our employees visit the clients in their place of residence.
We are looking for an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for patients in home health, long-term care, and in-home care services. The right candidate will be able to use their good judgment, sound clinical decisions, and advanced communication skills to meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise each client's personal care plan and plan of treatment.
- Conduct 60 day evaluations to ensure the plan of treatment is followed, and make any necessary changes.
- Make appropriate progress notes
- Notify the client's physician and medical personnel of changes in the patient's needs.
- Sign off for PCA training.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
