F.W. Webb, the Northeast's leading wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and industrial supplies, is looking for a full-time Commercial HVAC Estimator to join our team. This role will support our operations throughout Maine and can be based at any of our Maine branch locations.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial HVAC Estimator to join our team and drive the success of our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will ensure competitive pricing, effective project planning, and seamless communication with clients and project teams to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- · Grow commercial HVAC sales
- · Equipment cross referencing / sourcing
- · Generate customer sales / orders
- · Commercial HVAC design build support
- · Produce bids / Customer pricing from plan and spec
- · Support Outside sales
- · Attain specialty material through the use of purchase orders
- · Effectively handle customer service issues
- · Schedule and manage customer deliveries
- · Produce bids for customer approval
- · Manage credits to FW Webb standards
- · Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- · Prior HVAC experience required.
- · Working knowledge of Excel, word, internet, e-mail and web browsers.
- · Strong Sales aptitude required. Previous sales experience preferred.
- · Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- · Strong customer service focus and quality orientation. Demonstrate an ability to create a positive FW Webb experience during every customer contact.
- · Comfortable working in a fast paced office environment.
- · Be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
