Compensation: $75,000.00+ (based on experience)

Hagan Hamilton is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our Commercial Lines team. If you're passionate about building strong client relationships, mentoring others, and delivering exceptional service, we'd love to meet you.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned commercial insurance professional who enjoys collaborating with Producers, supporting complex client accounts, and helping Account Managers grow in their careers.
This role is ideal for an experienced commercial insurance professional who wants to continue building strong client relationships while expanding their leadership skills through mentoring and supporting a team of Account Managers.
As an Account Executive, you'll manage an assigned book of business while serving as a team lead for a group of Account Managers. You'll provide technical guidance, coaching, and support while partnering closely with Producers to deliver an outstanding client experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage and service a commercial lines book of business.
- Partner with Producers on renewals, marketing, and client strategies.
- Assist with complex coverage questions, escalated client issues, and renewal planning.
- Mentor and support Account Managers through coaching and technical guidance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and underwriters.
- Help improve workflows and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
What We're Looking For
- Current Oregon Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Five or more years of commercial lines experience in an insurance agency, brokerage, or carrier environment.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, agency operations, and client service.
- Experience partnering with Producers on complex commercial accounts, renewals, and marketing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Previous mentoring, coaching, or team leadership experience preferred.
