Job Summary: The Warehouse Order Puller/Picker and Forklift Driver will primarily be responsible for supporting plant activities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for picking, pulling, staging, and loading customer orders.
- Responsible for and / or assisting with pulling and staging products for drop ship / parcel orders.
- Responsible for receiving / unloading trucks, including manually palletizing floor loaded containers.
- Responsible for inspection of incoming material and goods to ensure conformance to quality specifications.
- Responsible for clearing the finished product from packaging line(s) and banding / wrapping prior to storage.
- Responsible for supporting the packaging operation by supplying materials as requested.
- Work closely with departmental leads ensuring adherence to daily schedules.
- Notify departmental leads immediately if any discrepancies and / or shortages are found.
- Maintain work area in a safe, clean and orderly manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience operating a forklift and capable of being forklift certified.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least three years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Must be able to stand, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance.
- Repeatedly lifting / moving up to 50lbs.
- May occasionally lift and/or move up to 75lbs.
TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Position 1: Monday – Friday / 6:00am – 2:30pm
Position 2: Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 4:30pm
