Senior Helpers of Silver Spring is seeking a high-performing Director of Business Development to lead our growth. We're looking for a proven relationship-builder who knows how to open doors, ask for the business, and turn prospects into long-term referral partners.

Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 base salary + uncapped commission — your earning potential grows with your results, plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and PTO.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a business development plan
- Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, rehab facilities, assisted living and skilled nursing communities, hospice agencies, and other healthcare partners
- Prospect through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and community events
- Manage and grow a referral pipeline using our CRM
- Run sales presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach events
- Track pipeline performance, referral trends, and conversion metrics
Who You Are
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- 5+ years of outside sales or business development experience
- Confident prospecting, cold-calling, and closing
- Strong CRM management
Preferred
- Experience selling services, not products
- Senior care, home health, or healthcare related sales background
- Existing referral relationships in Silver Spring's healthcare community
