As a full-time (M-F, 7am -3:30pm) e-commerce fulfillment and shipping coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory is properly stored, organized and ready for shipment. Shipments must be prepared with attention to detail and fast turnaround. You will also be required to support customers via email regarding shipping and product questions.
● Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store). Process returns.
· Label and properly box all finished goods according to schedule provided by office personnel and warehouse supervisor.
● Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule provided by office personnel and warehouse supervisor (Includes, but not limited to: load, unload, pack, wrap, label, ship)
· Assemble shipping pallets for FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) orders
· Manage stock inventory, as well as fulfilling low inventory orders. Also manage inventory of shipping materials.
· Organize products in the warehouse to maximize space and efficiency
· Maintain accurate records of stocked items and update inventory systems
· Returns need to be processed, logged, and replace damaged products if requested.
· Offer technical support before and after customer purchases and assist with issues like lost or damaged packages and issues with products.
· Assist in other departments as requested by Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
● Requires working inside, outside, in humid areas, in hot, cold, dry, and wet weather, with changes of temperature; can be areas that are dusty, have odors, and be noisy as well as requiring working with and around others as well as working alone.
● Must be able to lift, carry and handle materials that weigh up to 65 lbs.
● Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
● Repetitious lifting, pulling and pushing. Ability to keep up daily with customer orders.
● Dependable, willing to work overtime when needed, able to multi-task.
· Operating pallet jack and forklift
● Must be able to operate computer. Training provided on label software
● Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
● High school diploma desired
● Must be able to communicate in English
Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
