Your Role as an RN:
- Deliver direct, compassionate care and clinical support to residents
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants on shift
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with residents and families
- Keep accurate, timely medical records and documentation
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Physical ability to perform standard nursing duties
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
- Dedication to providing resident-centered, high-quality care
- A positive attitude and passion for serving others
