As a Security Officer Lead - Concierge in PHOENIX, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the building, office areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor logs, and/or deliveries in accordance with location protocols while maintaining a courteous presence.

Support Allied Universal standards by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests as needed during assigned shifts.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
