Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and direct marketing.
- Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all platforms
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Lead product launches, promotional events, and trade show activations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the fountain beverage, food & beverage distribution
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing platform including AI content creation
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
