Position Overview
As a Returns Inspection Associate, you will be an essential part of our daily operations. Your role centers around inspecting, testing, and evaluating returned products using Unturned’s custom-built software tools. Each item requires your careful judgment to determine its condition and whether it should be returned to Amazon, liquidated, or responsibly discarded.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable using technology, and thrives in a clean, organized, and fast-moving warehouse environment. You will play a direct role in ensuring our clients receive fast, accurate, and consistent service—something that sets Unturned apart in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Unturned’s proprietary inspection software to log, test, and assess returned products
- Evaluate product condition and follow clear guidelines to determine the appropriate next step
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing a large volume of returns daily
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Identify unusual items, inconsistencies, or concerns and report them to team leads
- Assist with general warehouse tasks, including sorting, staging, and inventory support
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily and weekly goals
- Uphold Unturned’s standards of quality, speed, and reliability in every task
What You Bring
- Excellent attention to detail and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to stay focused, work independently, and manage your pace in a busy environment
- Comfort using mobile apps, tablets, and warehouse software systems
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of personal responsibility
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Hours & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (enjoy your weekends!)
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
