Job Description
- Competently test and inspect various manufacturers systems.
- Fire Alarm Inspectors are responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems.
Required Skills
- Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule.
- Must have a professional attitude and good communication skills
- Valid drivers license is required.
- 2 or more years of experience within the Commercial Fire Protection industry.
- Completion of FASA/BASA certification.
- Experience and/or Certification working with some of the following systems: Edwards EST, Silent Knight, Simplex, Notifier, and Fire Lite
- Knowledge of building & fire codes for inspection proposes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift equipment and climb ladders and scaffolding.
