Role Description
Our Lead Ambassadors are experienced team members who help drive the day-to-day success of the store. In addition to delivering a high-quality, hospitality-driven customer experience, you take on a leadership role on the sales floor—guiding teammates, maintaining standards, and ensuring smooth store operations.
You’re a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You stay engaged on the floor, support the customer experience, contribute to a positive team culture, and represent the brand with authenticity and style, while bringing a strong understanding of how quality footwear, apparel, and accessories are created.
This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, takes ownership during their shifts, and consistently sets the tone for customer experience and team performance.
What You’ll Do
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Lead by example in delivering a consistent, personalized customer experience rooted in hospitality
- Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and guiding purchase decisions
- Clearly communicate product craftsmanship, materials, and value to drive confident sales
- Set the standard for customer engagement and product knowledge on the sales floor
- Deliver service that consistently results in positive customer feedback and reviews, including recognition by name
- Support resolution of customer questions and feedback in partnership with store leadership
Floor Leadership & Team Support
- Serve as the floor lead during assigned shifts, helping maintain energy, coverage, and customer focus
- Assist with onboarding and provide day-to-day coaching of Retail Ambassadors
- Reinforce brand standards, service expectations, and store processes
- Step in as needed to assist teammates and ensure a seamless customer experience
Store Operations
- Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures (keyholder responsibility)
- Execute daily store operations, including POS and in-store technology
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Support inventory accuracy by completing assigned cycle counts, restocks, and basic reporting tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in retail, fashion, or hospitality/service industry
- Prior experience as a top performer or in a leadership/keyholder role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to engage customers and drive sales
- Reliability, accountability, and attention to detail

Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, reach and use a step stool and/or ladder
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Ability to work on-site 100% of the time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
