Job Overview
KGSMITH CORPORATION, an independent contractor for FedEx Ground, is currently seeking dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth, paid training, and a supportive team environment. Drivers will be responsible for safely operating delivery vehicles, delivering packages efficiently, and providing excellent customer service throughout their assigned routes.
Duties
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle in compliance with all DOT and company regulations
- Deliver and pick up packages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service during all deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring package security upon delivery
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain route efficiency
- Accurately use scanners and delivery technology
- Work independently while maintaining communication with management
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent verifiable commercial driving or delivery experience preferred
- Examples include: FedEx, Amazon, UPS, DHL, Pizza delivery, Uber/Lyft, Auto parts delivery, Beverage/soda delivery, Furniture or appliance delivery
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Must pass: DOT Physical, Drug Screen (including random testing), Background Check
- Strong work ethic and reliability required
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills are essential

Pay: $750.00 - $900.00 per week
